Starting something new often brings up a mix of excitement and reflection. That’s how I feel as I begin
Certificate Program in Breathwork & Movement Therapy for Trauma Healing.

This isn’t just another training. It feels like a natural next step—one that brings together the key elements of my work so far: my background as a Psychosynthesis Therapist, my Level 3 Breath guide certification with Hale, and my ongoing focus on the body as a vital part of emotional healing.
For a long time, I’ve seen how trauma impacts not only the mind but also the body. I believe real healing needs to include both. This program offers a grounded, integrative approach—drawing on both science and experience—to support that kind of healing.
My hope is to deepen the way I hold space for others. I want to keep growing, to learn tools that are practical, embodied, and truly supportive for the people I work with.
I’ll be sharing more as I go through this training—insights, questions, and how I’m applying what I learn in my sessions. If you’re curious about breathwork, movement, or psychosynthesis therapy, I invite you to follow along.
Healing is a journey, and I’m grateful to continue walking this path—both for myself and for those I work with.
